Enterprise Ventures appoints new Investment Manager

Enterprise Ventures, the independent Preston-based venture capital company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Ferguson to its Investment Management team, as part of its planned ongoing recruitment and expansion.

Paul has been appointed as an Investment Manager to the Coalfields Enterprise Fund, a £10 million venture capital Fund, managed by Enterprise Ventures on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. The Fund provides equity and equity related funding to new and existing businesses in the former coalfield areas of England.

Previously Paul was a Corporate Director with a leading high street bank and more latterly, held the position of Investment Manager with the North West Equity Fund.
