Richard has been a leading private equity practitioner for some twenty years, and is highly experienced in all aspects of private equity, having personally completed many investments, fulfilled a number of Board appointments and successfully led fund raising initiatives and the establishment of several new private equity funds. Richard oversees the day to day management of the Fund and its operations.

Paul joined EV in June 2005 as Investment Director and focuses on identifying and completing investments for the Fund. Paul joined EV from Barclays Ventures, part of the Barclays Bank Group, where he was Regional Manager with responsibility for their investment activities across the North of England and Midlands.

Wayne joined EV in 2006 as Investment Director to work alongside Paul in managing the Fund. Previously he was an Investment Director at Aberdeen Asset Managers Private Equity where he had responsibility for investing throughout the North of England. Prior to that, he was at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance where he advised companies, management teams and investors on a wide range of mid-market transactions.
